Terms and Conditions: Prize Draw (Limited Edition Print of Sonia Scott-Job Artwork)

These terms apply to the free prize draw run by Sonia Scott Job Art (the “Promoter”).

1) The Prize Draw

  • Enter for a chance to win one (1) limited edition print by Sonia Scott Job Art (the “Prize”).

  • Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

2) Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 or over.

  • Employees/contractors of the Promoter (if any) and their immediate families/household members may not enter.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

3) How to Enter

  • To enter, you must provide your name and email address either via the Promoter’s entry form or by registering to receive the Promoter’s newsletter via www.soniascottjob-art.co.uk. 

  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries may be removed.

4) Opening and Closing Dates

  • The prize draw opens on the date it is announced. Entries can be received at any time of the year for submission to one of two draws.

  • Entries must be received by the closing date of 29 June (the “Closing Date 1”) to qualify for draw 1, on 30 June; and by the closing date of 14 December (the “Closing Date 2”) for draw 2, on 15 December of the current year. 

  • Once entries have been submitted for a draw, they will not be re-entered for subsequent draws.

5) Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date.

  • The winner will be contacted using the email address provided within 7 days of the Closing Date(s).

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.

6) The Prize

  • The Prize is one limited edition print selected by the Promoter (unless otherwise stated).

  • No cash alternative. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  • Any framing (including mount) is not included unless explicitly stated.

7) Delivery / Collection

  • The winner may be required to provide a postal address for delivery after winning.

  • The Promoter will cover all reasonable standard delivery costs unless stated otherwise on the post/page.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays or issues outside their reasonable control (for example, postal/courier delays).

8) Data Protection and Marketing

  • The Promoter will collect and use your name and email address only to:

    • administer the prize draw,

    • contact the winner,

    • keep a record of entries for a reasonable period.

  • Marketing: your email will only be used for marketing (for example, newsletters or new artwork announcements) if you are clearly offered an opt-in and you choose to opt in.

  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting the Promoter.

9) Publicity

  • The Promoter may announce the winner’s first name and initial (for example, “Sonia S.”) and/or general location (for example, “Cornwall, UK”) unless the winner objects.

10) General

  • The Promoter may cancel or amend the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances outside their reasonable control.

  • By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales
